Conodoguinet Creek, a tributary of the Susquehanna River, forms the northern border of the township, and Big Spring Creek, a tributary of the Conodoguinet, forms most of the western boundary.

Mount Rock is situated on U.S. 11 near the center point of the southern border, and Big Spring is near the southwest corner of the township.
