Wilcox is an unincorporated community in Gilchrist County, Florida, United States.

It is located about 1 mile (1.6 km) west of Lottieville, at the bend in State Road 26.

Wilcox is located at 29°36′40″N 82°55′19″W / 29.611°N 82.922°W / 29.611; -82.922, its elevation 39 feet (12 m).

Today, all three legs of this wye are used by the Nature Coast State Trail.
