Wilda Siti Nurfadhilah Sugandi (born February 7, 1995) is an Indonesian volleyball player.

Currently, plays for Jakarta BIN and is a member of the Indonesia women's national volleyball team.

In 2018, she participated in Asian Games which was held in Indonesia and finished in 7th place.
