Willards [wɪlʌrdz] is a town in Wicomico County, Maryland, United States.

Willards is located at 38°23′24″N 75°21′1″W / 38.39000°N 75.35028°W / 38.39000; -75.35028 (38.389927, -75.350254),[3] roughly halfway between Ocean City and Salisbury.
