William Henry Hayward (23 October 1867 – 7 February 1932) was an English-born farmer and political figure in British Columbia.
He represented Esquimalt from 1900 to 1903 and Cowichan from 1907 to 1918 as a Conservative in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.
Hayward was an unsuccessful candidate for a seat in the provincial assembly in 1898.
He resigned his seat in November 1918 "due to official military duties in Ottawa".
