Wilson Muruli Mukasa (born 5 July 1952) is a Ugandan politician.

[1] He has previously served as Cabinet Minister of Gender and Social Issues from 1 March 2015, until 6 June 2016.

[2] Muruli Mukasa also serves as the Member of Parliament for Budyebo County in Nakasongola District.

He studied at Makerere University earning the combined degree/diploma of Bachelor of Arts with the Diploma in Education (BA.Dip.Ed.)

In 1987, he earned the Certificate in Hotel Management, from an undisclosed institution in Tripoli, Libya.
