Wyoming Township, Minnesota

[3] On August 15, 2008, the entire township was annexed in parts to the neighboring cities of Wyoming, Chisago City, and Stacy, thus rendering the township government defunct.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 4,379 people, 1,438 households, and 1,207 families residing in the township.

There were 1,490 housing units at an average density of 50.2 per square mile (19.4/km2).

There were 1,438 households, out of which 48.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.8% were married couples living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.0% were non-families.

11.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
