Do not cheat, do not be cheated) is a 1985 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by V. C. Guhanathan.

The film stars Vijayakanth, Archana and Anuradha, with Vijayakumar, Sumithra and Nizhalgal Ravi in supporting roles.
