Zadik–Barak–Levin syndrome (ZBLS) is a congenital disorder in humans.

Presenting conditions include primary hypothyroidism, cleft palate, hypodontia, and ectodermal dysplasia.

It is the result of an embryonic defect in the mesodermal-ectodermal midline development.
