† Turris conspicua May, 1922 Zemacies conspicua is an extinct species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Borsoniidae.
(Original description) The very large shell is fusiform.
The sculpture indicates a fairly deep sinus immediately below the suture.
The upper whorls are faintly coronate at the angle, and ridged by lines of growth and are concentrically finely lirate all over.
[2] This extinct marine species is endemic to Tasmania and were found in Tertiary strata.
