Аccording to the numbers provided by the 2020 Bulgarian census, Zidartsi currently has a population of 87 people with a permanent address registration in the settlement.

[1] Zidartsi village is in Pernik municipality and lies 6 kilometers from the town Batanovtsi and 6 kilometers from the larger village Yardzhilovtsi.

The village was built over the remains of an abandoned Ottoman farm.

There is a new temple "Vsi Sveti" and a football club alongside a stadium.

The community hall and library "Vasil Levski" was built in 1975.
