Ōmisaki Station (大三東駅, Ōmisaki-eki) is a passenger railway station in located in the Ariake neighborhood of the city of Shimabara, Nagasaki.

[1] The station is on the ground level with two opposing unnumbered side platforms and two tracks.

There is a covered seating area surrounded on three sides on the outbound platform..[1][2] Ōmisaki Station was opened on 10 May 1913.

The current station building was rebuilt in September 1983.
