1999 Jackson State Tigers football team

The 1999 Jackson State Tigers football team represented Jackson State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 1999 NCAA Division I-AA football season.

Led by first-year head coach Judge Hughes, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 9–3 and a mark of 4–0 in conference play, and finished first in the SWAC East Division.

The Tigers ended their season with a loss against Southern in the SWAC Championship Game.
