The 2002–03 Clemson Tigers women's basketball team represented Clemson University during the 2002–03 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Tigers were led by sixteenth year head coach Jim Davis.

The Tigers, members of the Atlantic Coast Conference, played their first 7 home games at the Civic Center of Anderson in nearby Anderson, South Carolina, before renovations were completed on Littlejohn Coliseum.
