The 2008 Jackson State Tigers football team represented Jackson State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2008 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
Led by third-year head coach Rick Comegy, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 7–5 and a mark of 6–1 in conference play, and finished as SWAC runner-up after they were defeated by Grambling State in the SWAC Championship Game.
