The 2015–16 Quinnipiac Bobcats women's ice hockey season was the 15th season of play for the Quinnipiac Bobcats program.

They represented Quinnipiac University during the 2015-16 NCAA Division I women's ice hockey season and played their home games at TD Bank Sports Center.

They won the ECAC Hockey tournament championship for the first time in program history.
