The 2015 Nicholls State Colonels football team represented Nicholls State University as a member of the Southland Conference during the 2015 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

Led by first-year head coach Tim Rebowe, the Colonels compiled an overall record of 3–8 with a mark of 3–6 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for eighth in the Southland.

Nicholls State played home games at John L. Guidry Stadium in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

Fifth-year head coach Charlie Stubbs resigned after the first three games.

Steve Axman was named interim head coach and completed the 2014 season.
