The 2018 Delaware State Hornets football team represented Delaware State University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

They were led by first-year head coach Rod Milstead and played their home games at Alumni Stadium.

They concluded the season with a record of 3–8 overall and 2–5 in MEAC play, finishing in a tie for eighth place.

In a vote of the MEAC head coaches and sports information directors, the Hornets were picked to finish in last place.
