The 2019 Delaware State Hornets football team represented Delaware State University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

They were led by second-year head coach Rod Milstead and played their home games at Alumni Stadium.

In the MEAC preseason poll released on July 26, 2019, the Hornets were predicted to finish in ninth place.
