The 2019 Morgan State Bears football team represented Morgan State University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

They were led by first-year head coach Tyrone Wheatley.

The Bears played their home games at Hughes Stadium and were a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).

In a vote of the MEAC head coaches and sports information directors, released at the conference's media day on July 26, the Bears were picked to finish in eight place and received one first place vote.
