The 2019 North Carolina Central Eagles football team represented North Carolina Central University as a member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) during the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
Led by first-year head coach Trei Oliver, the Eagles compiled an overall record of 4–8 with a mark of 3–5, placing sixth in the MEAC.
In the MEAC preseason poll released on July 26, 2019, the Eagles were predicted to finish in fifth place.
