The 2021 Houston Baptist Huskies football team represented Houston Baptist University—now known as Houston Christian University—as a member of the Southland Conference during the 2021 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

Led by ninth-year head coach Vic Shealy the Huskies compiled an overall record of 0–11 with a mark of 0–8 in conference play, placing last out of six teams in the Southland.

The Southland Conference released their preseason poll in July 2021.

The Huskies were picked to finish sixth in the conference.
