The 2021 Sam Houston State Bearkats softball team represented Sam Houston State University during the 2021 NCAA Division I softball season.

The Bearkats played their home games at Bearkat Softball Complex and were led by third-year head coach Garrett Valis.

The Southland Conference Coaches Poll was released on February 5, 2021.

Sam Houston State was picked to finish fourth in the Southland Conference with 172 votes and one first place vote.
