The 2022–23 Drexel Dragons women's basketball team represented Drexel University during the 2022–23 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.
The Dragons, led by third-year head coach Amy Mallon, played their home games at the Daskalakis Athletic Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as members of the Colonial Athletic Association.
On March 17, 2023, Washington again broke the record in the first round of the WNIT scoring 43 points.
