The men's competition was won by Italian Yeman Crippa, with Sam Atkin as the highest finishing Briton, and thus the British title winner.

[7][8] Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake won the men's 200 metres event in a championship record time of 20.05 seconds.

[5][6] Victoria Ohuruogu, the sister of former Olympic gold medallist Christine, won the 400 metres event.

[8] Matthew Hudson-Smith won the men's 400 metres race in a British Championships record time of 44.92 seconds.

[8] Tade Ojora won the men's 110 metres hurdles event for the second consecutive year, but also missed out on qualifying for the World Championships due to a large tail wind.
