The 2023 Women's U25 Wheelchair Basketball World Championship was held at the Thai-Japanese Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, from 3 to 9 October 2023.

Ten nations competed: Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, South Africa, Spain, Thailand and the United States.

The competition was won by the United States, with Great Britain taking silver and China claiming bronze.
