The 2024–25 Penn Quakers men's basketball team represents the University of Pennsylvania during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.

The Quakers, led by ninth-year head coach Steve Donahue, play their home games at The Palestra in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as members of the Ivy League.

The Quakers finished the 2023–24 season 11–18, 3–11 in Ivy League play, to finish in seventh place.
