The 2024–25 USC Upstate Spartans women's basketball team represents the University of South Carolina Upstate during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Spartans, led by third-year head coach Jason Williams, play their home games at the G. B. Hodge Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina as members of the Big South Conference.
