The 2024–25 season is the 96th in the history of US Catanzaro 1929 and the second consecutive season in the Italian Serie B.
In addition to their domestic campaign, the team also competed in the Coppa Italia, where they were eliminated in the first round.
On 5 July 2024, Giallorossi announced the appointment of Fabio Caserta as head coach under a two-year contract.
