The racial makeup of the town was 95.83% White, 0.83% Native American, 0.83% Asian, 2.50% from other races.

Public education in the town of Albin is provided by Laramie County School District #2.

One of the district's campuses, Albin Elementary School, is located in the town and serves students in grades Kindergarten through six.
