Anand A. Yang is a history professor at the University of Washington, United States.
[1] He has also served as the Chair of the University of Washington's Department of History and the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies.
[1] Yang began his teaching career as a Visiting Lecturer at Sweet Briar College in Fall of 1974.
[5] In 2002, he was hired by the University of Washington (UW) to serve as the Director of the Henry M. Jackson School of Studies.
[5] Among his most recent works is a translation of Thakur Gadadhar Singh's account of his travel to China as part of a multi-country contingent that was sent to suppress the Boxer Rebellion.
