Andersonia hammersleyana is a species of flowering plant in the family Ericaceae and is endemic to the southwest of Western Australia.
It is an erect or low-lying, straggling shrub with twisted, linear to narrowly egg-shaped leaves and bright blue, tube-shaped flowers.
[2][3] Andersonia hammersleyana was first formally described in 2007 by Kristina L. Lemson in the journal Nuytsia from specimens collected in Mount Lindesay National Park in 1990.
[2][4] The specific epithet (hammersleyana) honours Brenda Hammersley, for her contribution to the knowledge of the flora of the Denmark area.
[2] Andersonia hammersleyana is listed as "Priority Two" by the Government of Western Australia Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions,[3] meaning that it is poorly known and from one or a few locations.
