Andrew Kan Kai-yan (Chinese: 簡啟恩) is a Hong Kong law enforcement administrator who has been serving as the director of the National Security Department of the Hong Kong Police Force since December 2021.
In December 2021, he was promoted to the directorship of the National Security Department, replacing Frederic Choi.
