The Apertura 2024 Liga MX final phase[1] will be played between 20 November and 15 December 2024.
[2] A total of ten teams will compete in the final phase to decide the champions of the Apertura 2024 Liga MX season.
[3] América defeated Monterrey 3–2 on aggregate to win their third straight title and sixteenth overall.
As winners, América will face the Clausura 2025 champion at the 2025 Campeón de Campeones.
