Bassett has many clubs from Drama, Band, Choir, Color Guard, Ecology, Spanish, French, H.O.S.A., Interact, AVID, Renaissance and Academic Decathlon and many more.
The ASB is composed of an executive board (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and chief justice) and a general assembly of about 25–35 students of Bassett.
The government is also divided into four classes (senior, junior, sophomore and freshmen) who have their own presidents and advisers.
