Benda is a town and an administrative district (kecamatan) of Tangerang City, in Banten Province of Indonesia, on the island of Java.

Benda was previously part of Batuceper district before it was split off from the northern part of the district in 1992.

Benda District is sub-divided into five urban communities (kelurahan), listed below with their areas and their officially-estimated populations as at mid 2022,[4] together with their postcodes.

Notes: (a) comprising 43,133 males and 41,813 females.
