Bernardo José Herrera (born 1 February 1958) is an Argentine politician who is a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina.

A member of the Justicialist Party and the Civic Front for Santiago, he first assumed office in April 2019 replacing Hugo Orlando Infante, who had died.

He worked as a lawyer.

He was sworn into office on 4 April 2019 and was sworn into office following the death of incumbent Hugo Orlando Infante.
