Tomas Bernardo Rodrigues Sousa (born May 16, 1987) is a Portuguese rally driver.

Born in Madeira, Portugal, and having previously competed in karting, Sousa began his rally career in 2006, competing in the Portuguese national championship.

In 2008 he began competing in the Production World Rally Championship (P-WRC), a class of the World Rally Championship.

In 2009 he switched from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX to an Abarth Grande Punto, finishing the season in tenth.
