William Alphonse Maloney (June 5, 1878 – September 2, 1960) was an American professional baseball outfielder.
He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers / Browns, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, and Brooklyn Superbas between 1901 and 1908.
[1] Maloney led the National League in stolen bases (59) in 1905.
An alumnus of Georgetown University, he died in Breckenridge, Texas at the age of 82.
