Boyette is an unincorporated community and former census-designated place in Hillsborough County, Florida, United States.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 5,895 people, 1,937 households, and 1,638 families residing in the community.

There were 2,103 housing units at an average density of 318.6 per square mile (123.0/km2).

The racial makeup of the community was 88.46% White, 5.39% African American, 0.63% Native American, 1.51% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 1.71% from other races, and 2.22% from two or more races.

11.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 3.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
