Easton is a town in Adams County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

There were 486 households, out of which 28.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.5% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.1% were non-families.

27.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
