Preston is a town in Adams County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.72% White, 0.29% African American, 0.59% Native American, 0.37% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 0.29% from other races, and 0.66% from two or more races.

There were 561 households, out of which 26.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.7% were married couples living together, 5.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.7% were non-families.

20.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
