Richfield is a town in Adams County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

[4] As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 144 people, 62 households, and 44 families residing in the town.

21.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were 14.0% of families and 17.1% of the population living below the poverty line, including 35.0% of under eighteens and 14.3% of those over 64.
