Calcium is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson County, New York, United States.
[2][3] The CDP is in the town of Le Ray and includes the hamlets of Calcium and Sanfords Four Corners.
The church was built in 1853 by a group of at least three different denominations, including Methodist Episcopal, Christian, and Unitarian.
Calcium is located in central Jefferson County at 44°02′05″N 75°50′32″W / 44.034761°N 75.842114°W / 44.034761; -75.842114,[4] in the western part of the town of Le Ray.
Interstate 781 runs through the northern part of the Calcium CDP, connecting to the east with Iraqi Freedom Drive into Fort Drum and leading west 4 miles (6 km) to I-81.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Calcium CDP has a total area of 5.6 square miles (14.4 km2), of which 1.0 acre (4,035 m2), or 0.03%, are water.
