Cantu Addition is a census-designated place (CDP) in Brooks County, Texas, United States.

[3] The community is situated just west of U.S. Highway 281, approximately 2 miles (3 km) southwest of Falfurrias in northern Brooks County.

[4] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.31 sq mi (0.8 km2), all land.

About 23.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

Cantu Addition is served by the Brooks County Independent School District.
