Carol Spahn is an American executive who served as director of the Peace Corps from 2022 to 2025.
Spahn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Catholic University of America and a Master of Arts in international development from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
She was also the vice president, CFO, and treasurer of Small Enterprise Assistance Funds.
She later returned to the Peace Corps to serve as a country director in Malawi and as chief of operations for eastern and southern Africa.
