Cefalà Diana (Sicilian: Cifalà Diana) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Palermo in the Italian region Sicily, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Palermo.

As of 2015, it had a population of 1,005 and an area of 9.0 square kilometres (3.5 sq mi).
