Marissa Jaret Winokur, Omarosa, Ross Mathews, Metta World Peace, and Mark McGrath all appeared in the second celebrity season; Omarosa hosted a Head of Household competition while Ross and Metta participated in a Power of Veto competition.

Julie instructs the HouseGuests to grab a "celebrity gift bag" before going back inside the House and not to open them.
She also informs them that one bag contains a special power allowing the holder to "recast" the role of Head of Household with someone else.
The next day HouseGuests were informed of her hospitalization and it was announced that she would be returning to the house prior to the nomination ceremony.
On Day 13 by a unanimous vote of 7–0 Keshia was evicted from the Big Brother house and became the second jury member.
