Chad Stephen Kessler (born June 24, 1975) is a former American football punter who played college football at Louisiana State University from 1994 to 1997. and attended Lake Mary High School in Lake Mary, Florida.

As a senior in the 1997 season, Kessler set the NCAA Division I record for single-season punting average at 50.28 yards per punt, standing until it was broken by Texas A&M punter Braden Mann in 2018.
