During Edmonds three-year career at Samford from 2019 to 2021, he appeared in 28 games, where he notched 83 tackles, a sack, eight interceptions, and a touchdown.

[6][7] During Edmonds two-year career at Arizona State from 2022 to 2023, he played in 24 games, where he totaled 121 tackles with one being for a loss, three interceptions, and five pass deflections.

[8][9][10] After not being selected in the 2024 NFL draft, Edmonds signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent.

[12][13] On August 27, 2024, Edmonds was released during final roster cuts but signed back to the team's practice squad the following day.
